Shipping information

FRUTOSE aims to pack and dispatch confirmed orders with care. The details below are suggested defaults and must be aligned with your actual courier service and fulfilment process before launch.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may change due to weather, service disruptions, address issues or circumstances outside the store’s control. Please ensure the delivery address and mobile number entered at checkout are correct. Contact taruntech27@gmail.com with your order number if a shipment appears delayed.

Returns & refunds

Dry fruits are food products, so returns should be handled with food safety and applicable consumer-protection requirements in mind. The following is a suggested support process, not a final legal policy.

• Check your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is missing, damaged, incorrect or appears compromised.
• Share your order number and clear photographs of the outer package and affected item so the team can review the issue.
• For an approved issue, FRUTOSE may arrange a replacement, store credit or refund as appropriate and permitted by law.
• For food-safety reasons, opened or partially consumed food products may not be eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Privacy policy

FRUTOSE uses the information entered at checkout to process orders, arrange delivery, respond to order-related questions and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Newsletter email addresses are used to send occasional store updates when a visitor subscribes.

• Order details may include your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, order contents and payment status.
• Online payments are processed through the selected payment provider. This application does not store card numbers, CVV values or UPI PINs.
• Information may be shared with service providers where necessary to complete a purchase, such as a payment processor, hosting provider or delivery partner.
• Access to customer and order information should be restricted to authorised team members and retained only as long as required for the purposes and obligations that apply to the business.
• Contact the store to request help with newsletter preferences or a privacy query, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.

Product listings, prices, pack sizes, descriptions and stock availability are displayed as accurately as reasonably practicable. Natural food products may vary in appearance, shape and colour. Product photographs are illustrative and packaging may change.

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Shipping charges are displayed in the checkout before you place an order.
• An order request is subject to product availability, payment confirmation and acceptance by the store.
• Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Contact support promptly if you notice a mistake.
• Do not attempt to misuse the website, interfere with its security or submit false orders.
• Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
